January/February 2012 Schedule
During the school year, Youth Group meets every Sunday night from
6:30-8:30.
Grades 6-12 are welcome! - There are fun games, creative lessons and yummy snacks for all to enjoy!

A Word from Our Youth Leader, James Ritter
The New Year is rapidly approaching and with it new opportunities.
The youth group is looking to refocus our goals and energy. We are looking to
expand upon the idea of being service minded, in the community and in the
church. We are starting the New Year by giving back to St. Matthew’s by
assisting in projects that need to be completed around the church. We will also
be working with Mr. Blair Wagner on ways to assist with the apartments.
During the month of December we spent time helping serve meals to those who are less
fortunate by partnering with New Bethany in Allentown. We ask for your prayers as we try to
start off the New Year in a manner glorifying to the Lord. (Remember being challenged to
pray for fifteen minutes every day?) We are excited to see what directions God will lead us
in, how He will help us grow, and what He will do with our service. We would also like to
extend an invitation to anyone in the congregation who may be interested in serving with us.
